Different ways
to compete.

Your experience, goals, and preferred format guide the training plan. You can inquire with a partner or on your own.

01

Pro-Am

Train and compete with a professional instructor. Build a routine around your strengths while developing partner connection, technique, musicality, and confidence through focused coaching.

02

Soloist

Develop your own stage identity. Solo training focuses on footwork, body movement, timing, control, musical interpretation, and the ability to carry a performance independently.

03

Partnerwork Duet

Create a performance with a partner, combining connection, coordinated movement, choreography, and musical storytelling. Training refines both individual technique and the quality of your partnership.

04

Amateur Duos

Two student dancers share the stage in a coordinated routine. Explore a shines duo or an amateur partnership, with coaching on synchronization, transitions, performance quality, and a shared artistic direction.

05

Competition Teams

Prepare a group performance through consistent rehearsals, choreography, formation work, and detailed cleaning. Develop the precision, musicality, and collective stage presence that a team needs.

Competition divisions and eligibility vary by event. We’ll review the selected event’s requirements together when choosing your category.
